"Where to begin?!
I visited Miss Ruby's to find my wedding dress after having heard wonderful things from brides in my circle about their experiences at this adorable & fun shop.
Leading up to the appointment I received check-in texts from the wildly friendly Miss Ruby team and it was clear they were dedicated to really understanding my style, comfort level and the full vision of the big day to learn more about me and provide the most customized experience possible.
I had been a bit nervous before the appointment, naturally - I'm not typically one who is good at being looked at - but stylist Anna was my guide through the day and I truly cannot say enough about how exceptional she is! She's not only fantastic at her job but is clearly just a downright wonderful person.
It really felt like I was spending time with a close friend - the level of comfortability Anna was able to provide eased my nerves and really elevated my experience in a way I will never forget. She patiently helped me through dress after dress and was keenly aware of the direction my interest was going after each try-on, providing more options to spark creativity and interest based on how I felt (and looked like i felt!) in each dress I tried. She was so attentive and provided the most helpful advice about not only dress shopping, but wedding planning and prep too, that has stuck with me since. She also called following the weekend to check in and make sure I was still feeling great about my decision - I was floored again by the dedication & kindness of this team!
The day was overall so special and I'm incredibly grateful for such a wonderful experience with Anna & Miss Ruby's - and the cherry on top, I found a dress that feels perfectly fit to me, my style and our wedding day!
