Pizza Man – Wauwatosa

“I held my son's wedding rehearsal dinner there. The planning was easy, did most online, with one visit to the restaurant to discuss. The manager was a good communicator, by email and in person. Appetizers, drinks, entrees and desserts were excellent. Staff kept everything stocked on our buffet. We received several compliments, everyone was very happy! So glad we chose Pizza Man and the atrium for entertaining our friends and family.

Vegetarian options: Their cream cheese artichoke pizza was excellent! 😋
We were also able to get 2 individual gluten-free pizzas for those that needed that, plus there were other items on the buffet that they could eat.

Kid-friendliness: We had 3 children in attendance, they had their own table for coloring and game playing and of course loved the pizza!”

“We had our reception for a vow renewal in the fireside room and everything was phenomenal. I have food allergies and the restaurant and Chef were beyond accommodating. The caprese and stuff mushrooms were divine, as were our salads, the pizza, and the spaghetti and meatballs. Our guests were all raving about how tasty the food was. The event manager and her event managing teammate were AMAZING at what they do- they communicated with us, were helpful, knowledgeable and super awesome. When we got to the restaurant our server Lindsay did a great job keeping our drinks full and our tables clear of dirty plates with the assistance of the phenomenal manager. The entire staff really made this into an unforgettable experience and went above and beyond in many ways. Thank you all!!!”

“We were somewhat at the end of our options, and we still hadn’t booked a venue for our rehearsal dinner. We wanted our rehearsal dinner to be somewhat relaxed and fun, but also be in a beautiful space, all without breaking the bank (a tough ask!). Luckily, we have family who suggested that we have our rehearsal dinner at Pizza Man in Wauwatosa, and we are SO GLAD that they did.

First off, the space is absolutely incredible, and it actually paired perfectly with our wedding venue as it had an industrial chic vibe. It provided the upscale class that we were looking for without being too stuffy or upscale where guests didn’t feel comfortable. The natural light in the space was remarkable and made for beautiful pictures. We had roughly 40 guests and the area designated for us perfectly accommodated our group size.

Next, the service. OUTSTANDING. The staff went above and beyond to make our event special and were beyond accommodating. We had bar runners who would take our drink orders so that the guests didn’t have to spend time running back and forth to the bar and could instead spend time with each other! The staff was extremely friendly, personable, competent, professional, and fun to be around! They moved seamlessly and efficiently and were very attentive to any and all needs of the guests. Special shoutout to the event manager for coordinating our event with us, she was incredibly helpful from the moment we booked through the completion of the rehearsal dinner. A++ for communication and responsiveness!

Finally, the food. Oh my goodness, all night long our friends and family raved about how delicious the pizzas, pastas, salads, and desserts were. It was SO delicious! We selected the buffet style so guests could have their fill, and fresh hot food was always on the ready.

All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect rehearsal dinner at a more perfect venue with a more perfect staff. Pizza Man is an exceptional restaurant and venue, but the people there are really who make it special. Some people may not initially think to host a rehearsal dinner at Pizza Restaurant, but it was 5-stars in every way imaginable, and we would recommend it to anyone that we know getting married in the area.
