Our classic award-winning cheesecake has a scrumptious chocolate cake bottom a thin layer of raspberry filling and is covered with our own chocolate ganache.

We at Simma’s are here to make your wedding dreams come true. We will work with you to design the perfect wedding cake. We welcome suggestions and encourage you to bring in pictures and ideas of your own. While we specialize in cheesecakes we have a number of amazing conventional wedding cakes as well. We can supply you with samples of our cakes with only 48 hours notice.
