Our state-of-the-art food truck and mobile kitchen, operated by our professional staff, ensure that your menu is prepared fresh at your chosen location. We provide a variety of pre-designed catering packages, including:

  • Oak Barrel Famous Package: Features a vegetable platter with onion dip and a hand-tossed Caesar salad.
  • Wisconsin Package: Includes a house salad, pretzel sticks with béchamel cheese, and Southern béchamel mac & cheese.
  • Pasta Bar Package: Offers a selection of pasta dishes tailored to your preferences.
  • Nacho/Taco Bar: Comes with fresh-made tortilla chips, flour tortillas, pico de gallo, shredded cheese, and salsa.
