I have not had their other food but I look forward to trying it one day because I will be back again and again in the future. My, now, wife and I had Marisol's cater tacos for our wedding and it was just perfect. Communication leading up to our wedding was good. They really cared about our event it was clear that they wanted everything to be just perfect for us. They were professional, prompt, and, most importantly, the food was amazing. It was literally just as good as when we stopped there a few days earlier and got it fresh off the truck. So many of our wedding guests raved about the food claiming it's the best wedding food they've had. We agreed with them wholeheartedly. Of all the different taco places I've been too, Marisol's is not just my favorite but the most authentic place I've been to.
