Our menus celebrate seasonal local ingredients sourced on-site from our fishery, smokehouse and the area’s bountiful farms making us the prefect for your wedding catering needs. We offer tailored private tastings with couples to arrive at the prefect menu for each couple's needs.
The meal selections;
Appetizers: $10 each
Brushetta (half with trout), Meatballs, Spinach and Artichoke Dip with Crostini’s
Entrees: $28 each
Prime Rib with Green Peppercorn Sauce
Stuff Trout, 2 fillets with Saffron Sauce
Chicken Piccata with olive oil
Sides: Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Baby Red Potatoes $5 each
Vegetable: Squash, Green Beans and Asparagus $5 each
We offer a five course package at $ 52 a person which would include soup and salad. As far as desert, we offer Cheesecake Factory Cheese Cake at $9 a slice and fabulous wedding cake and desert options from The Sweet Spot.
With two weeks’ notice, they can create the most extravagant cake you can imagine – sculpted cakes, fondant, 3-D cakes, and more. For most standard designs and flavors, only 48 to 72 hours’ notice is required. Specialty flavors (carrot, almond, lemon, confetti, etc.) require one week’s notice.
Rehearsal Dinners- Please refer to the banquet menu online and choose from those selections closer to the date as we do change our offerings thought the year. We would be happy to close the patio for a private dining experience.
