Photographer Release

Thank you for supplying images to tell our couple’s stories!

Your photography is what truly brings their celebrations to life. To ensure we use your images respectfully and exactly as you intend, we ask that you complete the release below. By doing so, you’ll approve to let us publish your images in our magazine as well as feature your work digitally across our platforms. This will also allow us to accurately credit your images. Please include your preferred credit line (name and/or business) so we can showcase your work properly.

The images you supplied will be used in our Real Wedding Stories Series focusing on Southeast Wisconsin weddings and Southeast Wisconsin Vendors. Your images will be used in our blog on premierbridewisconsin.com and have the possibility of be included in our printed book in either the Summer/Fall or Winter/Spring edition. All images online will have your name in the caption section. You will also be listed and linked to in the credits of the story. Real weddings in the printed book will list you as Photographer in our list of vendors. After the blog story posts, we will share on both Facebook and Instagram. We will tag you in these posts.
Please indicate if you approve your images to be used in our Editorials.*
In addition, we’d also like the opportunity to use your images in our editorial sections of the printed book both locally and nationally. Your images will only be featured alongside editorial and will not be used to sell any products or in any of the advertiser ads. Credit will be given to you in all full and half page sized images used. The book will also appear in a flip book form on our website.
Please create a highlights gallery that contains 35-50 images for us to use of both web size and high-res images. We'd love to include a wide variety - from portraits of the couple, wedding party, and ceremony to shots of the food, décor, invitation suite, the venue itself, etc. A good balance of detail and photos of people helps bring the full wedding experience to life for our readers.
