This 1909 former factory features the beauty of cream city brick and high bay ceilings that let the light shine in making it a perfect location for Premier Bride’s latest fashion shoot!

The multi-purpose venue space offers three distinct areas to choose from.

The Main Factory

This space can accommodate 100-400 guests & up to 300 seated.

The Warehouse

This space accommodates 50-100 guests / up to 100 seated and features a full service bar made of reclaimed barn wood.

The Mezzanine

This space allows you to view all the action below, accommodating  50 – 75 guests & up to 50 seated. This space can be rented separately for a planned or “pop-up” event.

Private Suite

Apartment sized private suite is available for wedding parties with a use of a private bathroom and kitchenette.
