Schwartz Family House

The Schwartz Family House is only blocks away from the Chandelier Ballroom and is the perfect location for bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, a gift opening or other private event for up to 50 guests. Utilizing the house as a bridal suite on your wedding day is ideal. You can reserve the home for only $295.00 for a 3-hour window. Additional hours are $100.00 each. The bridal party can relax with food and beverages provided by the Chandelier Ballroom while getting ready for the big day. Schedule your photographer to arrive for indoor or outdoor pictures then head to the Chandelier Ballroom for your wedding ceremony and reception.
