"5/5 stars. Marisol's is incredible! Tacos are absolutely out of this world! Carne asada, pollo, are carnitas are all good. I have not had their other food but I look forward to trying it one day because I will be back again and again in the future. My, now, wife and I had Marisol's cater tacos for our wedding and it was just perfect. Communication leading up to our wedding was good. They really cared about our event it was clear that they wanted everything to be just perfect for us. They were professional, prompt, and, most importantly, the food was amazing. It was literally just as good as when we stopped there a few days earlier and got it fresh off the truck. So many of our wedding guests raved about the food claiming it's the best wedding food they've had. We agreed with them wholeheartedly. Of all the different taco places I've been too, Marisol's is not just my favorite but the most authentic place I've been to. Do yourself a favor and stop by their truck for a meal and if you ever need tacos catered for an event, I would recommend them without any reservations what so ever. Photos to come later."

"5/5 stars. We did a Mexican buffet at our wedding and it was Absolutely AH-mazing food! Our guests couldn’t stop talking about it, everything was just as good as it was when we tasted it over a year before our wedding. I am only taking off a half point because communication was a little difficult but in the end they went above and beyond with completing our wedding service."
