Our recent styled shoot at Lapham Peak Lodge in Delafield was designed around two standout floral elements, each bringing its own perspective to the day while complimenting the others color palette. We’re kicking things off with the work of Belle Fiori, Ltd., whose designs set the tone with a rich, “warm and spicy” color palette full of sepia tones, rust, and pops of deep red and burgundy.

Two Floral Elements, One Cohesive Design Story

Belle Fiori’s florals felt organic and textured, perfectly complementing the natural surroundings of Lapham Peak. The bouquets featured soft neutrals mixed with deeper tones, layered with eucalyptus, trailing greenery, and unexpected elements for movement and depth. The result was a look that felt both romantic and a little untamed—effortless, but still elevated.

A Fireplace Installation That Grounds the Space

Inside the lodge, the fireplace became a focal point for the design. Belle Fiori created a grounded, organic installation with arrangements along the hearth, bringing warmth and color into the space without overpowering it. The mix of soft sepia tones and bold burgundy accents paired beautifully with the stone, creating a cozy and inviting setting that could easily translate into a ceremony or reception backdrop.

A Custom Floral Cape Moment

One of the most memorable details was the custom floral cape. Draped across the bride’s shoulders, it added a unique, fashion-forward element to the day while still tying into the overall floral story. The trailing greenery and touches of red gave it movement and just enough contrast to stand out, showing how florals can go beyond bouquets and décor.
