Wedding planning can be extremely stressful and confusing. It was even more challenging trying to plan our special day during a pandemic! However, Tuscan Hall, especially Amy, was absolutely amazing! She was extremely prompt to answer my many questions and was very accommodating for certain requests. I was amazed by the service I received during the reception, the staff didn't want me to worry about anything-they handled it all. Also, I loved hearing how impressed my guests were with the efficiency of the staff during dinner. I would definitely recommend this venue to any couple!

Amy was absolutely amazing each step of the way! My wedding day was this past weekend and it was perfect. The venue looked great, seriously check out the chandeliers! You hardly need to add any decorations because it already looks great inside. This place is a one stop shop for the perfect day. Having the ceremony and reception in one place was so convenient for everyone involved. Plus, the venue has amazing food. We got so many compliments on the food. I would highly recommend! I hope to attend other weddings here in the future. :)

I LOVE this place. Use this venue! Forewarning, my review is long, but it is honest, heartfelt and ultimately sums up to the Tuscan being an amazing venue all around. The Tuscan Hall Banquet Center was the most amazing place to host our wedding. It was flawless, amazing, gorgeous, stress free, easy, and so many more descriptions. My husband and I are easy going, indecisive people. We heavily relied on advice from the professionals. The Tuscan Hall made our lives so easy to plan a GORGEOUS ceremony and reception with ease. Amy and the ENTIRE staff was so amazing. I couldn't even describe. Everything was taken care of, even things I didnt even think about. The staff was so happy and kind. They seemed to genuinely love what they do and every single one of them was happy to be there helping make our day amazing. Planning was simple. They provided a list of preferred vendors that they vet (and I mean they really vet and care about who they promote) to provide you with an easy way to find others to help make the day great. Don't want to use their suggested vedors? Not a problem at all! We only used their suggested hotel and photographers. They made it work with whoever we chose and made everything easy. The few hiccups that came up because of our families and unseen issues were handled respectfully and so professionally. My and my husband's wishes were what the staff was dedicated to. I even had someone carry my plate of food to my table so I didn't trip or spill on myself....who thinks of that?! Well the Tuscan does! I have never felt so catered to and important in my life. Thank you Tuscan!! The food was fabulous! So many compliments and everyone seemed happy. The packages to choose from gave a great level of choices to determine the appetizer, drink, dinner, late night snack package that fit for our group. We looked around at multiple venues and the Tuscan's prices were very reasonable and extremely worth it. Even when prices changed, they honored the rates that were in place when we booked. Full disclosure and honesty with everything. Ask for their opinions and they will be there for you and no one else. The venue...oh the venue. Drop dead gorgeous. Look at all the pictures uploaded...the place looks like a million bucks! I am a very simple person so I was a very simple bride. Minor centerpieces and decorations. she took my two boxes and filled the room and tables to just be STUNNING. Seriously, so many compliments. Everyone was in awe and just absolutely loved the place. It is a perfect one stop shop if you want the ceremony there as well as the reception. The downstairs wine cellar was perfect for our cocktail hour. The room transformed from a gorgeous ceremony set up to a beautiful ballroom for the evening reception. I honestly could go on and on until this review says there is no more room. If you're still with me, please, please consider this venue. I 100% standby with my recommendation and say you will not regret it. I love, love, loved the Tuscan and would not have done a single thing differently. Thank you Amy for holding my hand through all the planning and making the day absolutely perfect. Thank you to all the staff who were the smiles and hard work behind making everything happen. Every single person I spoke with was so wonderful. I am sorry for those I didn't get to thank in person. You were all amazing and made our day the best day possible. We will never forget the hard work you do.

I don't even know where to start! Everything was amazing! Amy went above and beyond to help coordinate everything. Being our second marriage with 7 adult children between us, plus 6 siblings and all their spouses, etc. we needed something with some space for all our guests. Tuscan Hall has an ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS space and we had plenty of room for all our friends and family that were able to make it. We had about 95 guests total and a 3 piece live band for music set up on the stage. My vision completely came to life with Amy's support, she managed to pull off all of my sometimes strange requests from a champagne toast during the ceremony to a "lost and found" table in the lobby (there is a story behind that one!). We chose to host our wedding ceremony and reception all at Tuscan, we had a "short and sweet" ceremony followed by cocktail hour in the wine cellar so they could put chairs away from the ceremony and get set up for the rest of the evening. I was a little concerned getting a bunch of rowdy 50 something year olds excited for a night out downstairs and back up seamlessly but Tuscan Staff pulled it off! The food was amazing! We had appetizers served for about 2 hours, then a pizza bar and an ice cream dessert bar. Everyone RAVED about the food!!! I have a gluten allergy (celiac) and they were able to accommodate my needs too. Almost all our appetizers were naturally gluten free and all were delicious! Megan made sure to bring us a special plate of apps so we were able to take a breather in between welcoming our guests, dancing and etc. to get some food in our bellies to continue dancing the night away! The fireplace candle lit with the greenery we decorated with was magical to get married in front of. The wooden beams, the dance floor, the lighting.... all of it was perfect! And the staff, all of them were helpful, friendly, kind and all of them went above and beyond my expectations. I can not say enough good things about Amy... If you meet her and she has a big head it's my fault :) ... At 50 I married my best friend in the most beautiful setting I could have imagined with almost no stress thanks to the staff making it all happen seamlessly! And all in 2020!!!! Best year ever!!!!! Whodda thunk?!?! THANK YOU Tuscan Hall!!!!

While planning our wedding Tuscan Hall was the first caterer that we tried, and we didn't get too far into the tasting before we knew we didn't have to try another caterer. The food was fantastic and the service from everyone at Tuscan hall was above and beyond. During and after the wedding we had more compliments on the food than we could have imagined. We have and will still continue to recommend them to friends, family, and anyone who likes great food! Thank you again Tuscan Hall!

FANTASTIC FOOD AND SERVICE! Amy and the Tuscan Hall Catering staff took such great care of us leading up to the wedding and (of course) during it! Had countless compliments on how good the food was, as well as how professional and organized they were. That's not just our guests opinion, but ours as well - we couldn't picture our wedding using any other cater. They even made sure that me and my husband ate by fixing plates for us - which was amazing since the day was so busy. Recommended 1000%. We are so thankful to have bumped into Amy at the MKE Wedding Show.

Amy and her staff were extremely great to work with, attentive to our needs and quick in response times as we were planning. Amy was there for us when everything was being set up to make sure everything was as we needed it and every time we ran into a snag she had a solution which was great! Her experience in weddings really helped us feel at ease during the planning process and our trust in her. Her staff setting up and working the wedding were amazing and very professional. I recieved compliments on both the wait staff and the bartender as well which was nice to hear knowing my guests enjoyed their time as well. Thank you Tuscan Hall Staff!
